How I use the weekly free rotation
The free weekly rotation is the single most important resource for players deciding which kit to unlock with BedCoins. In the 4-week window I tracked above, Warrior appeared twice and Baker appeared twice — any player who spent coins on those kits in a week they were free wasted the purchase.

How the free kit rotation works in Bedwars Roblox
Every Friday at ~3am PT (10:00 UTC), the Bedwars Roblox shop rotates a fresh set of 4 kits into the free slot. During that week, any player can equip those kits without unlocking them — they disappear from your loadout when the next rotation hits. The selection comes from a pool of roughly 12 kits per season; the pool resets with each major season update.
The rotation does not appear to be random. I tracked 4 consecutive weeks above and noticed that Warrior and Baker each appeared in 2 of those 4 weeks. The most expensive kits — like Evelynn at 1,200 BedCoins — tend to appear less frequently, about once every 4–5 weeks. If you want a specific kit, check the history above first: if it appeared in the last 2 weeks, you may have a 3-week wait; if it appeared 4+ weeks ago, it may be due soon.
